What is your new patient procedure?

The initial appointment will be to first determine what prompted you to reach out to us and how we may help you address your current goals.   Depending on the extent and complexity of the problem, we will hopefully complete a full health history and exam during your first visit.  If time permits, we may then further discuss additional aspects of your life that are contributing to your overall health (diet, exercise, relationships, stress).  Everyone's goals and needs are unique. Therefore, please call us to further discuss our health care approach and if it may be the right fit for you.

How many patients do you serve at Cape Porpoise Integrative Health?

We see a limited number of individuals at Cape Porpoise Integrative Health.  This is to make sure we have the appropriate time and energy to commit to each of our patients.

However, we are currently accepting new patients.

Please call, email, or book online today for your appointment.

How much will this cost?

The initial 1.5 hour evaluation is $225.  This includes going over your initial assessment and goals, a full history and physical, ordering of possible outpatient lab work, and establishment of an initial healthcare plan.

All follow-up visits are $150 an hour.  This includes, but it not limited to, reassessment of your progress, whether we may need to change of modify your current healthcare plan, and if so, how specifically those changes will optimise your success.

Of note, this is a pay for service office, so we do not accept health insurance.  However, we can provide you with a receipt for insurance reimbursement if applicable (please see below).

Do you accept health insurance?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept health insurance at Cape Porpoise Integrative Health. This is because we want to ensure we have the time and freedom to treat you in the way you deserve, which sadly is not always possible under our current healthcare paradigm.   However, we can provide a receipt for service at the end of your visit, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What is your office procedure during the current Covid-19 pandemic?

We are currently only seeing one patient at a time with at least 1 hour in between each visit so we can clean and sanitize the office between each visit. When you have arrived, please wait in your car and call us, so we may greet you at the front door prior to entering.  We will then ask you to please wash your hands prior to entering the treatment room (disinfectant will be provided). Please, of course, wear a mask at all times during your entire office visit. Finally, if you are not feeling well (cough, fever, body aches, nausea, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, etc), please let us know immediately so we can discuss appropriate next steps for you (i.e possible covid-19 testing).
